It’s just beautiful!
Carol Smillie, the celebrity television personality best known
for presenting the BBC series
“Changing Rooms”, puts Culzean at the top of her five favourite
places in Scotland. “There’s a castle, beach, swan lake and
adventure playground. It’s just beautiful!” said Carol in an
interview for Scotland Magazine.
Carol was born in Glasgow and has been involved in many TV shows
starting with BBC 2’s Holiday show as well as being a contestant on
“Strictly Come Dancing” where she came fifth with her dance partner
Matthew Cutler. She actively supports a number of selected charities
primarily involved in the welfare of children, including National
Children's Homes, Great Ormond Street Hospital, Enable for people
with learning disabilities, Children's Hospice Association Scotland
and the Prince's Trust.
